School Leavers Employment Support
Foundations for Success
Preparing young people for employment through understanding, not correction.
Foundations for Success is a practical School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES) program that helps neurodivergent and disengaged young people build the confidence, executive functioning and workplace skills needed to transition successfully into employment.
Our program combines real-world learning, mentoring and individual coaching to teach the skills employers expect, while recognising that every participant learns differently.
Participants receive personalised support to:
-
Build confidence and independence.
-
Develop executive functioning skills.
-
Improve workplace communication.
-
Learn travel and community access skills.
-
Prepare resumes and interviews.
-
Participate in work experience.
-
Transition into employment with ongoing support.
Whether a participant's goal is open employment, supported employment, apprenticeships, traineeships or further education, Foundations for Success provides practical, strengths-based support that helps them move forward at their own pace.
